Everything work except the camcorder do not recognize the memory card. I would not recommend this product again.

being refublish you would think that the problem was fix, but I got it and never got it to charge, works great when plug in, so all in at was a bad deal.
Well worth the price for a refurbished one, but...

It is somewhat stripped of features present in the FS200 (it's predecessor model). No external mic jack, no night shot (with 1/6 second shutter speed vs. the standard 1/500 for better light capture), and cheaper plastic vs aluminum housing are the best examples of this. It still works just as well as the FS200 and slightly upgrades image stabilization, but I will be giving this one to mom and keeping my old FS200.

The software package included with the camera is BAD,BAD! Drivers are confusing,hard to load and no support from anon or anywhere else I have found on the web. The editing program hijacks my processor, and I had to uninstall it. Perhaps if you just plug the SD card into the computer, it might be easier.

After having used the camnera for a while now, it would appear to have only one drawback. If you use the zoom feature your pics, vids will get very blurry as you increase zoom. Camera works fine without the zoom. I should have read other reviews more closely.
