Good value - not sure how reliable
Have had this unit for about 18 months now and it appears to work great, though discs load slow. One major problem we did have occurred within the first 3 months, while product was still under warranty. Could not get any DVDs to load and unit just froze on load screen. Unit had to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. We have not had any other issues with the unit and have even downloaded a software upgrade and installed using a USB flash drive. Download appears to have been successful. I was a little skeptical in dealing with the manufacturer. I never quite felt my issue would be handled and that I might wind up having to pay for any repair. The main PCB had to be replaced. Luckily it was, but if the warranty period had elasped by just a single day, I am convinced I would have been out of luck.

Great when working properly!
Great price at the time of purchase in February. Very happy with picture quality and performance. About once every few months, it plays Blu-Ray very slowly and slurs the audio. When this happens, we have to turn it off, unplug it and let it sit for a few minutes then start the disc over. It works fine after that. Kind of an unnecessary nuisance especially if you do not have easy access to your player. Other than that, very happy with this player.

excellent deal for the price
I have been using this for quite some time and it is and excellent player it does everything. I wouldn't but it for a high end system but its great for the bedroom.

Locks Up and Just Displays
The player started out kind of spastic, then in one month it just locked up and displays the word Load. Junk

Good price, marginal reliability
I'm on my second one. At 30 days, the first one hung and only the power button would work. this company sent me another one and it is still working after the 30 days; so I'm optomistic. The lack of a wi-fi is somewhat restrictive but overall wired network and DVD performance is good. I buy a lot of refurbished products because of the price and this is the first one I have had an issue with, so I thank them for their excellent customer service.
