GO GREEN AND SAVE GREEN
Manufacturers sometimes offer discounts when large quantities of products are purchased without fancy, colorful, retail packaging. We take advantage of these opportunities to bring you the same quality, retail product at a lower price. Retail packaging is designed to look good on a store shelf and attract your attention. It frequently includes more paper, plastic and cardboard than needed. OEM packaging is not as visually attractive but is far more economical and because OEM packaging uses less paper, plastic, ink and cardboard it creates less waste and is better for the environment. Although OEM packaged product ships in a plain white or brown box you can be assured it is the same quality product as the retail packaged version. Buying OEM packaged products saves you money and helps save the planet…GO GREEN AND SAVE GREEN. Included accessories, software, documentation, and manufacturer warranties on OEM products may vary from retail versions. Please review our detailed specifications and photo gallery for included accessories and see below for warranty information.

I had the Navigon and took it back to small and not user friendly, I had a Garmin and Magellan and took them back as well to small I purchased my InVion in October and I used it all over the country never got lost. Found new routes in my own neighborhood. InVion tech support gives you the first map upgrade free and loading new POIs in the favorites is very simple. I use it in my car and mounts on the windshield without any problem stays where you put it. Garmin has a 7'' the 7200 and 7500 but the price is way out of line. Two of my friends and one co-worker have since purchased one for themselves. No 7'' gps has a battery because of the power requirements.
I like and strongly recommend it to anyone.

This is a great product...if you have never seen a Garmin or Magellan work before. The mapping system is, extremely outdated...You can buy a new one for 70 lira though, but who the hell knows that that means haha.
Basically the map is old, theres no text-to-speech, NO battery, the screen is too heavy for the dash mount, and unless you have a conversion van the screen is too big (you can't see when you have to turn right at night). The bluetooth did work really well though and I was impressed with that, but, sadly, only that. Good luck if you decide to buy this. I recommend the Magellan Maestro 4040 or any Garmin...for the same price you can get a great GPS that talks to you.

This GPS is far better than I expected. I plugged it in and it immediately knew where it was in my town. The Bluetooth works perfectly with my Motorola cell phone. I can't imagine anybody having trouble understanding the options on the screen. By the way, the screen is large and crystal clear. Don't be a price snob on this one... I've got a friend who's constantly bragging to me about how much he spends on things, and he was clearly impressed with this thing when he saw it. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE. This is a no-brainer, folks.

This unit DOES NOT have a battery, which is very disappointing since I did not find out until i received it. It can only be used when plugged in to an external DC or AC power source such as vehicle cigarette lighter or your home 110 AC outlet. I like it very much and I would have kept it and recommended it to friends and others if it had a rechargeable battery. An internal micro hard drive would make this unit ideal and a must have. I guess I will have to look for something else that is priced right and has the features important to me.

GPS Terms You Should
Know!
GPS - Global Positioning System (Device) - Is a device that works
with the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) developed by the US
Dept. of Defense. It is the only fully functional GNSS in the world,
and uses a constellation of between 24 and 32 Medium Earth Orbit
satellites that transmit precise signals allowing GPS receivers to
determine their current location, the exact time, and their velocity.
Also known as a Personal Navigation Device, Navigational System, GPS Receiver,
or GPS Navigator.
System - The GPS Device itself.
Navigation - Is the process of
locating your current position, establishing your destination, and
controlling the direction and movement of a vehicle from one place to
another.
Compass - A device or feature of a GPS receiver
that shows your current direction.
Map - A map (or chart)
is a visual representation of an area, showing different objects or
landmarks; such as: streets, buildings, locations, and points of
interest.
Trip - A trip is the travel from point A to
point B.
Point of Interest - A POI is a recorded
location within the GPS Device, either pre-defined, or that can be
end-user entered. Usually these are accessed to speed setting a
destination, or a detour.
Trilateration - This is how a GPS device knows its
location. It uses three GPS satellites to trilaterate its
position. GPS units operate on a common clocking system to use
the variation in radio-frequency signal arrival time to calculate
their position.
Automotive GPS - A GPS Receiver typically
used in a car or truck. Depending on the design, can also be
used on motorcycles, boats, or as a hand-held GPS, but is not designed
specifically for these uses.
Mounting - Dash or dashboard mounting usually involves a suction mount holder,
that can easily be removed for storage when not needed.
Traffic - Traffic can be: the
display or information provide about real-time traffic conditions;
about historic traffic conditions at different times of day; or the
ability to route around typical congestion points on your Trip or

names, or alerts; or can be voice commands that the GPS owner gives to
the GPS device.
Touch Screen - A covering over the GPS
display allowing control of the features or map of the GPS Device.
Bluetooth - This is a wireless technology allowing
different devices to communicate. In GPS systems, Bluetooth
usually allows the GPS device to act as a hands-free speaker phone.
Geotagging - This is the saving of a
GPS coordinate to other information, such as a photo, point of
interest or other location. Using a GPS you can usually obtain
exact coordinates that may be used with other devices, or other
devices, such as a Digital Camera may have GOS built in for that
purpose.
GPS Vehicle Placement! NOTICE TO DRIVERS IN CALIFORNIA AND MINNESOTA:
State law prohibits drivers in California and Minnesota from using
suction mounts on their windshields while operating motor vehicles. But you can
easily use other GPS dashboard or friction mounting options. Consult your
GPS manual for more information.
GPS units are designed to provide you with
route suggestions. Unless a GPS unit contains a traffic receiver, they do not
reflect road closures or road conditions, traffic congestion, weather
conditions, or other factors that may affect safety or timing while driving.
Use the unit only as a navigational aid. Do not attempt to use the unit for any
purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location, or
topography. This product should not be used to determine ground proximity for
aircraft navigation. The Global Positioning System (GPS) is operated by
the United States government, which is solely responsible for its accuracy and
maintenance. The government’s system is subject to changes which could affect
