Another great Harmony Product
Let me start off by saying I own a Harmony 890 (RF - IR that can control Z-Wave lighting and comes with the RF-IR base to hide components) and bought this remote as a cheap solution to support phone calls from my parents about how to turn on their home theater. It has worked excellently to control a projector, satelite receiver, tv, and home theater-DVD player combo. The help feature has been used and worked so no more phone calls on a friday or saturday night on what inputs things should be on. I only reduced the features by 1 point because the macros are limited to four commands and the glow only comes on when you hit the

Amazing only one remote!!!
Been looking for a universal remote that works everything, including our receiver. this remote hit our expectations and surpassed them. the activities function is amazing. turns all electronics on with only hitting one button. The price is amazing too. I would recommend this to anyone tired of all the remotes.

Best deal on the market.
I've set up four of these for paying customers, and they all love them. There are limitations, but not as many as people are complaining about. You can absolutely go wild with custom programming if your battling an idiosyncrasy of a particular system, but the surface level of the programming software is sufficient for most projects and is as easy as answering questions. The remote interface is intuitive and the help feature is priceless. Is does indeed feel cheap, but I've yet to have one fail. Two of my refurbished units were sealed in factory packaging.

Great remote at a great price
I love this remote. The setup interface is amazingly straightforward, and making changes later is also a breeze. The remote works great and has very good range. I recommended it to all my friends.
