The frame is color tuned to Kodak standards and uses KODAK Color Science for vibrant colors and pleasing skin tones—displaying pictures in brilliant color and crisp detail. Set up is a snap, and you can enjoy any JPEG picture, most video types (MPEG 1 and 4, MOV, AVI) and MP3 music using all the popular memory card formats (CF, SD, MMC, xD and MS). You can also source digital files from any digital still camera, home PC, Jump Drive and Flash Drive via USB 2.0. Stereo speakers are built into the frames for dramatic sound accompaniment to your slide shows.

Why sell a device that will not work out of the box? You don't sell a Camera with no memory why a picture frame? This is a cheep device with no memory and not worth the price paid. It is like selling a cell phone with out a SIM card... O you want to use the phone you need to buy a SIM card? Same here O you want to use the Kodak SV710 you need to buy a memory card. What a waist of my time and money!!!! |

I gave this to a coworker for a wedding gift and she loved it!! She couldn't wait to get her pictures back so she could upload them and have them playing FOREVER! |

Even though this device has no internal memory, it's still great. It's got a lot of features that you can customize for pictures. It plays MP3's in the back ground while pictures are scrolling but you can not save this as a presentation. So when you reboot the device, it does not automatically start playing music again. |

NUMBER OF IMAGES STORED ON A DIGITAL CARD
The number of
pictures you can take varies depending on your camera model and complexity
of the scene being photographed. To calculate how many pictures your card
can hold, divide the capacity of your card by the average file size of your
images. For example, if you have a 256MB card, and use a camera that has an
average file size of 1.2MB, then 256 divided by 1.2 gives you approximately
213 pictures. As you change modes on your camera, the number of images will
increase if you shoot in a lower resolution mode, and decrease if you shoot
in a higher resolution mode. |
