My inFocus sp7210 died and I didn't want to spend a fortune for a new 1080p projector. During my search for a replace, I saw this here for a reasonable $500. Even though its resolution is the same as my other (and WAY more expensive) projector, this projector's picture is vastly superior. Good contrast, great colors, VERY bright (can watch with some ambient light no problem), quiet and 4000 hours of lamp-life in eco mode. This was a really, really good deal. And sitting 10 ft away on a 103'' screen, with the exception of minor white text, you won't even miss the extra 360 lines of resolution.
It is missing a few features though that would have been nice such as, lens shift, faster video sync (when switching resolutions screen blanks for a few seconds) and menu buttons on device itself (don't lose the remote!!).
but all in all -- a really great picture for not a lot of money. |

This was an absolute steal at $600. Great Picture but can see a few rainbows on movies (dark scenes) but not complaining for the price and too few to complain. Sporting events and HDTV and Blu Ray look awesome on this projector, Madagascar Blu Ray looks amazing with this projector, better than the movie theatre !!! Best TV I have purchased. 115'' Screen vs. 50'' Plasma, well, that's a no brainer. If this projector is only 720P I can't wait to get an Infocus 1080P Projector. The only Cons is the lens shift and a few minor rainbows but I mostly notice them when I look away from the screen and back again. This site delivered as promised and in a way I feel I stole from them since this was such a great deal, Thanks!!!! |

Excellent entry level HD projector. I've seen other projectors in town for this price (and even higher) that don't even match the features and quality that this one offers. If you're looking for a very good HD projector at a reasonable price, then this is the way to go. |

I've been impressed with the quality of this projector! The image has a great, three-dimensional quality with vibrant colour and lots of contrast. Some set-up and placement features are limited (I had to re-position my projection screen), but for the price, this is simply the best deal around. Don't worry about the lack of 1080p - I can't imagine a better-looking image than this from HD sources. |

I bought this to try home theater after my tiny 60" HDTV was unrepairable. It was a quick fix until I could decide what to buy. I already had a good AV system. What a surprise. Now I have a ten foot screen that draws raves from my guests and kids. I am using an off-white wall that hasn't been painted in fifteen years. Its bright enough to watch in ambient light and produces great pictures even at the end of a 50' S-Video cable. If only someone made a good HDTV tuner (not a SD converter box or one with a service agreement). |
