The feature set for this product looked great. Units "feel plasticky" and cheap but expect that for the price. But the phones performed far worse than the old, beat up ones they replaced. Range is a quarter of the older phones; lose signal moving to basement or other end of house. Older set allowed use at end of driveway, and in all rooms of home. Annoying req't to reset handset in base unit often. Static-filled transmission to external callers. Selecting directory and hitting call button doesn't call. Different logic than what I'm used to. Antenna extension broke on 2 of 5 handsets within three weeks. Am very disappointed, sucking up the loss and getting a different phone model. |

Pros:
-All headsets appear to work as advertised
-Guess its a good value for the cheaper end pricing - when I'd gotten the old set, it was much more $$$ (also had 5 handsets, altho' one didn't work from day 1, and I never got around to taking it back)
Cons:
-Sound quality could be better, but it is 'good enough' for as little as we use the landline
-Like another reviewer, I didn't notice that it lacked a headset jack, nor that the handsets did not have speakerphone ability
-No intercom feature - grew attached to that with my old set
Have kept my old system in place as well, since I would terribly miss the speakerphone & intercom capabilities |

Easy to program, nice having handsets throughout the house. 1 of the handsets has a bad signal but still usable. Overall its a worth the $. |
