excellent for several years ago
Has done a lot of important 8 threaded electromagnetic calculations for several years. But, it's time to upgrade to an AMD FX-8350 to triple my speed.

Unbelievable CPU!
This processor is definitely the best bang for your buck right now. Easily overclocks to 4.01GHz stable without even pushing the voltage or temps past the manufacturer's specs. Windows 7 rates this processor a 7.7 out of 7.9 which is very impressive considering the fact that there are much more expensive processors available that don't even rate that high. This is an overclocker's dream! Even if you don't intend on overclocking this processor, it's worth every penny! All I can say is WOW! Highly recommended!
I Love This Chip
This is by far the best chip in the entire world. makes my pentium 4 look like an 8086. bought a seperate cooling fan to maintain maximum coolness when rendering videos.
