First the good. Player sounds good, has a lot of memory for its price, takes AAA batteries (HATE, HATE, HATE proprietary rechargable units).
Now for the bad. Uses goofy USB connector, requiring the cord to go where it does, the menus are terrible, the screen is all but impossible to read, the buttons and navigating are clumsy and awkward, requiring a lot of fidgeting. Mine skips on many songs, little blips every 10 seconds or so but only on VBR encoded songs. No firmware available that I can find.
For the money, hard to complain, but I am returning mine as I find the player more trouble than its worth. |

The unit works fine. The max. volume is low compared to the Slick (about half volume). This is good if you are going to use ear buds or head phones. I use mine with the Prolynks FM transmitter and would like more volume. Unlike some MP3 players that plug directly into a USB jack, this one requires the supplied cord. The display is not as wide as the Slick but gives about the same information. I think it is stylish being black and silver with the hologram print. |

This is a quality player! Small nav screen, if you want a bigger display get an MP4, but they are more expensive for relatively the same function. All in all a good product! |

I've owned several similar type players and this one is by far my favorite! Great design and good sound quality with my Sony ear buds! |
