Bad Sound Quality
Everything else works fine except the sound quality. I can hardly make out what the other person on the phone is saying with this ear piece. The sound is muffled and unclear. As soon as I switch to my old Motorolla, I can immediately notice a difference in clarity. I am disappointed by Samsung.
