Buyer beware IH253
After doing a lot of research for monitors, I decided to give I-Inc a try. In my rush, I did not read the fine print on their return policy closely. Shame on me. I actually bought two IH253 monitors. The first one has been working well so I decided to get a second one. The second unit was in service just about 60 days, then left off for 3 weeks while I was away on business. Upon return two thirds of the monitor was displaying a wide white band from top to bottom. IInc support quickly determined the unit to be faulty, and informed me that I would have to pay to ship it back... on top of that it would be 7-10 business days or more for the repaired unit to be returned, and in addition the replacement parts would only be under warranty for 90 days. NOT cool... I dont believe IInc will survive in the US Market, unless their faulty return policy changes and the qualify improves Buyer beware

Good LCD Monitor
I have been using this monitor for two months and it seems to be performing great. I draw and program using Cad software and it works well with the detail lines and shades. Can't complain for a shop computer priced at $170.00

used for visually impaired employee
Nice big low res text and he can work more productively sitting at a decent distance form the monitor. While I had normally resolution set, it looked great.

So Far So Good
Monitor arrived on time and the UPS guy love the handle on the box. Brilliant screen colors, good speakers. Easy to install. Only downside is the control buttons are hidden underneath the bottom of the monitor and are the same color as the monitor making them hard to find and use.

WOW-WHAT A GREAT PICTURE FOR $149.99 !!! HAD A DELL 21-BUT THIS 25 KICKS ITS BUTT. VERY BRIGHT DISPLAY-NO ISSUE'S FOUND AT 1ST USE.IF YOU CAN CATCH THIS BAD BOY ON SALE LIKE ME-DO IT !!!
