Surround Sound Headphones
The Zalman real surround sound headphones produce a real surround field as if
it is being reproduced from a complete multi-channel speaker system with separate
front, rear, and center channel speakers, and thus enhances discrete sound source,
directional, spatial, and realistic effects. A 5.1 channel system is composed
of six speakers, front right and left, a center, rear right and left, and a
sub-woofer for a LFE (Low Frequency Effect). The sub-woofer, being used for
a non-directional LFE, is classified as ".1".

These headphones are great for any music, gamer and constant movie watcher. The surround sound is amazing! You need a real soundcard like audigy or xfi to really experience the sound though since the motherboard audio on many motherboards, mine being an asus is not up to par with the headphones. A lot of reviews say these headphones have almost no bass but that is far from true. Using this headphones with a decent soundcard the bass is amazing! I use these headphones for BF2 and counterstrike source and many other things and they are great. One downside is no microphone but other than that its great! |

I have the Zalman ZM-RS6F+M 5.1 Surround Sound Headphones & Mic - works great! Imaging is fine, but the bass is a little light -- not sure if that's the fault of my own AC97 sound card. |

i wanted a 5.1 or 7.1 speaker system and i found this headset WOW, i play alot late at night and i dont want to wake up my gf, this product is perfect. in farcry, BF2, GRAW etc... the 5.1 system work perfectly for late gamer. the only bad things is that no volume controle on wire .. have to use the controle on my keyboard, but perfect product |

These are by far the best headphones ive ever used. Ive had them for over a year and they're still in almost perfect condition. The sound quality is amazing and the bass sounds as good as any sub. I use these on counterstrike source and the 5.1 positioning is perfect and if theres a noise you can tell its exact location.
The only problem ive had is the latex-like covering of the foam earpads ripped on one ear after about a month. Though this is only cosmetic and causes no problems otherwise. I cant really feel the difference from the ear that has the cover and the ear that doesnt, the foam is just as comfortable by itself.
Buy these. |
