Good, but not Excellent

Bought one about half a month ago and decided not to write a review until I get familiar with this phone.So, here is what I wanted to say in addition to what you can easily find elsewhere: -Yes, there is GPS onboard and it works even if SIM card is not in. The maps, though, should be in the cache of the maps app, otherwise you'll see just your location. Find a good app, and you can use the GPS even if you're in the middle of the desert. -This phone eats battery like crazy. you have to charge it every day even if you don't use GPS and WiFi.A good idea is to set the phone to airplane mode for the night, this allows the phone to survive with one recharge in a couple of days. -The glass is not good. It can easily be scratchd. -Sometimes the touchscreen does not react as it should. When the alarm rings in the morning, I have to ''slide'' the slider on the screen 6-7 times until it actually slides and stops ringing.

it has a great antenna. no issues on the signal. it is UNLOCKED, you can use it on any carrier of the world. Andr01.d 2.1 update 1, many apps avail allowing you to use remote desktop, read .PDF, M. office files, dowifi does not support ADHOC networks no ALT or CTRL on the keyboard make remote desktop difficult. you can emulate N3s, sn3s WITH no problems, syncronize contacts with g00g.le acc. face. book app. 5 MP camera works great for a CMOS sensor, except in low light. FM radio, great web browser. you caNNOT play m.1ne C.raft with this handset. I would give all 5's otherwise

Good small android, BUT....

I bought one of these because I PCS'd to Korea (I'm military) becuase of the deal a phone store was having, since I could not use any of my Stateside phones in country. I didn't want to spend alot on a phone and I wanted it to have some features, which it has alot of good features. Cons: 1. Battery life sucks if alot of the services aren't turned off and is being used for alot of applications. I normally get between 3-5hrs of battery life. Thank God the kit came with an extra battery and charger. 2. The phone reboots when opening the camera function.. ALOT 3. Radiates alot of heat 4. Small screen compared to other Android phones
