Compatable with certain Motherboards

I have noticed with all these ITX and other small form factor motherboards based on the new A4-Series and matching AMD chipsets have a small pool of compatible RAM to choose from. I now download the vendor list for each motherboard I buy so I can be sure compatible memory is available for my build at a reasonable price. I bought this memory because it works with the GIGABYTE GA-F2A85XM. It wasn't a bargain and the performance isn't anything to rave about but it's stable and that's acceptable. Nothing is more annoying than to find in the middle of the build that your RAM will not allow boot. Always check the manufacturer website for your potential motherboard purchase for the list of compatible RAM. Save time, frustration and money.

Great Upgrade Value

These brought back new life in my clients dead workstation. The system bost a N68C-GS FX motherboard from ASRock that refuses to post after a year. Tested the board an it was good, so I replace the dead memory with these and bam. Not sure whats with the bad reviews but they did the job fr me.

I had 8gb of my system and the max is 16gb so I purchased this memory kit and what a difference in uploading my video's on youtube...

Works great

Bought this as extra RAM for a bare-bones kit. Works fine and have run memtest on it for hours without a hickup! I would definitely purchase again.

No problems here

Kinda surprised at the negative comments some others have posted. These are installed in a Biostar board I bought running a Phenom II 6-core. Has run flawlessly and constantly ever since with no stability issues whatsoever. Just check the motherboard manufacturer's website for compatibility BEFORE you order and you should be OK.

Cheap and unreliable

Installed 2 of these modules on a new system, got a blue screen from the start. Ran memtest (free download) and one of the modules is bad.

Offset to prior review

I used a set of these sticks in my recent build and they are great. I experienced no problems posting and they have been rock solid and run very cool. The previous reviewer clearly has no idea what he's doing and obviously had a compatibility issue. User error is hardly calls for a negative review. I give this product a 5 to offset his horrible review, and wish I could rate his review, instead.

Bad product

Replaced an existing 4G PNY unit with these 2. New motherboard previously working OK but preparing to go up to Win 7 from XP. Shortly after installing the 2 Adata units, computer started freezing up. Checked install choices for slots and tried a couple different choices. Still froze. Removed Adata units, replaced the one PNY and have had no problems since. Bad product.
