Does what it needs to do.
Worked perfectly to connect an old 16X DVD drive to an old Socket 7 FIC VA-503+ motherboard I am building as a retro Y2K game machine. Is in a mini tower case so cables are a litle long, but that is fine. Connected to a PCI Hercules DigiFire 7.1 sound card.

does not fit
I liked everything about the product except it does not fit my mb properly. one end connects to my cd player just fine, but not to the mb, the end is too wide.
