Good Card
Seamaster is not smart. He probably needs to reformat cuz he has too much in the way of Virus's on his computer. I have the card and the latest beta driver's are insanely helpful compared to the previous. I'm using the MSI version. Saw that he said he would never buy AMD again and I went from being Die Hard NVIDIA to being a AMD fan long ago. True gamers know the power of AMD's cards and the money we save by buying them. This is the most powerful card that is mainstream? It kills the TITAN that costs 1 thousand dollars and the 7990 I got for 600. Get out of here?
Awesome card
This card is beast destroys everything. And for the cost compared to the GTX680-GTX690 or even titan it is almost double the power. amazing card couldn't be happier.
very disappointed
I just installed it (followed the manual) and updated it's driver to v1.9 latest.
System specs:
Cpu is the amd fx8150 ,asus fx990 v formula, 16gb rom ,128 ssd ,3tb hdd.
Precession X is on and monitoring.
Not overclocked. I play battlefield 3, plays awesome for 30 seconds than lag lag lag. I go what? It turned out I got only half the card working, the other half is off. So one cpu functional the other is dead.
This is what I get for $776. My gtx 570 totally kills this card by build quality, value and comfort of use and it only cost $200.
Very very very disappointed, and would never ever buy an AMD card in my life.
Jaw Dropping Graphics
Recently replaced a Radeon HD6990 with this card. Didn't expect to see much difference in performance, boy was I wrong. Running BF3 on 3x 24'' LG monitors with the game settings maxed out. My monitors almost can't handle what this card can dish out. The clarity is unreal. Noise is not and issue either. I've read of concerns about fan noise on other websites, nope. Only under heavy and extended demands do I hear the fans rev up. I'm very pleased with this card. I would highly recommend it if it's within your financial range. Speaking of finances, the only complaint is that it's dropped $100 since my purchase, that's electronics for ya.
