OK, but need to improve installation
Total Defense Premium Internet Security
The software runs okay, but installation process needs work. I got errors and had to follow instructions to install correctly. I don't see why they can't build the corrections and whatever is necessary into the installation process to get it done!

Rebate was a hassel

Website was unresponsive. It took two phone calls. Reps were good, but overall avoid this product. The product itself may be adequate, but not worth the trouble.

terrible performance
Total Defense Premium Internet Security
The product has good intentions but the prtformance is so terrible that it renders your machine useless I had to disable it so that I could work and then uninstalled it. Don't get it

Would not install eg bad deal
Total Defense Premium Internet Security
Software would not install because another AV was on the drive. Multiple new attempts to install hug up on original message even after uninstalling the other product, purging the hardware of references and restarting the computer several times. Hence, I could not evaluate actual product! Fortunately I tried this on a backup computer.
