Good for network admins who use Cisco. This also works well for putting onto a nullmodem with a switch that uses a DB9 male connector. You can can easily patch panel this back to a workstation so you do not have to stand at a rack with a laptop.

bought this for a old sysco switch worked perfectly. make sure you know how to connect the cables because they are impossible to remove without the proper tools. But other than that we got our switches configured and working flawlessly.
