Very good so far

I like this laptop; it is sleek yet sturdy. Am still trying to figure out all of its features but it is performing as I had hoped. As a somewhat casual user (e-mail, internet browsing) probably will never see all it will do. This is the less souped up version of this model, which we use at work. The pc guy who extracted some of my old hard drive files onto this laptop said he thinks it is a nice machine.

Great laptop for the price

I have had it for 2 Months and the only Neg. is that the Mouse pad does not have the Scroll features my last Hp had. Get a good BT Mouse instead. This is a solid Business laptop, Very quick to boot and has handled everything I have done with it.

Good for pricepoint

I've had some issues but I'm pretty sure any complaints I have are from user error.

Network card needs resetting to get N speed

Everyone: the network card is slow connection speed (about 74) and will need to have its driver rolled back, and under the card settings you will have to enable N mode and multimedia setting(Shhhh! It must be a secret to sell it that way. You most likely will have to reboot it a few times to be sure the settings take (it takes so long for the settings to change that you get tired of waiting) to get to 150 speed; this wireless network card has big issues (Google and see). Also, expect to update the os a few times and this will take a few hours to get it up to date. The audio issue with buzzing when badwarebytes is protecting against malicious website access is no longer there. With my previous same brand laptop, that was an issue. No more thank goodnenss. Otherwise OK!

Great value

This laptop is just what I need. It has not given me any problems. I use it when I travel to look at pictures, watch DVDs, surf the Internet, connect to my family through a video-teleconference service, etc. It has plenty of speed to handle word processing and presentation type programs. Plenty of storage to save pictures and videos.

Good value

I purchased this to replace my aging computer that was extremely slow. So far it is very fast. I love that. The touch pad doesn't work very well. Which is disappointing if I have it away from my desk and don't want to use a mouse. The camera works well and I have had no problems with the sd card reader..I think it was well worth the price, and would buy it again.

nice laptop

works fine so far, fast, like that I can choose which windows I want to use. Free chill mat extra bonus. Was a very very fast delivery, highly recommend

This laptop works well and for the price it is a real value. The touch pad is super sensitive and takes some time to get used to, still a great buy

We like this computer so far

We bought this computer to replace an older, heavier, slower model. So far we have been happy with it. We have not run into any issues. It came as expected and when expected. The only thing that I am not so hot for is the keyboard. I'm sure with some time that I'll get used to it, but I have to get it away from the wife first.
