Great port replicator
I needed a way to drive a second external monitor from my Win8 laptop. My choices were to spend $70 for an USB video card; however that would consume a USB port. This device cost a little more, but I don't loose the USB port - in fact I gained several other types of ports. NOTE - others have complained about speed. I'm using an USB 3.0 port and don't see any speed issues. I don't ever plan on using the VGA, headphone, Mic, CAT5, or Wormhole. J5 makes lower end models, but I wanted the HDMI port so I purchased this one.

Not bad product
This product does what it is supposed to do, the only problem I've noticed is that sometimes the network connection doesn't work properly but you just have to turn it off then on again. Other than that is does what I want. Very easy to setup and get going also.

Use only to lift my notebook
For the rest of package, very lower performance for my Notebook usb port connection with Ultra Station. Very disappoint for this product.
