Excellent Product for the Price
More than satisfied with this product considering the price. Gets a little confused on city streets if I deviate from its instructions, but recovers fairly quickly. Glad I bought it.

Only includes US Maps
Description had originally stated NA maps, but after receiving it, I found out that it only included US maps (no Canada, which is why I bought it). I returned the product for a refund. The product worked well for US travel, but wasn't what I need it for.

Great Value
Even with that history, I bought a refurbished 40LM unit for an upcoming trip and think it's great. It was quick finding satellites, updated quickly, QWERTY keyboard, and everything I needed.
