Used in a previous WinXP box and resides happily in an older PowerMac G4 MDD. Now I have USB 2.0 for this older Mac. No drivers needed as it was instantly recognized! |

I purchased two of these upgrading my older computers USB I/O ports. Noticed a definite increase in speed when copying files to the external hard drive. I am using the ports with WIN-XP, LINUX, and DOS operating systems. The Ultra products have worked for me, so far.
