Product Did Not Work
First of all, remote battery was corroded. Purchased a new one. No matter how I tried hooking it up got no sound.

Very pleased with produt and price
I have added this sound bar as a center speaker to my media PC connected to a high-end5.1 sound system comprising of a tuner, Blue Ray player and a 65'' HD flat screen. I use it mostly as an entertainment center where I also stream online movies as well as cruise the Web, watch video clips and also play games. The sound bar has worked flawlessly and the sound if really great. For the money it is a steal as it is; a high quality built set that could easily fetch more money and one would still feel good about the purchase.

Many pluses, one big minus.
We bought this soundbar for a TV that has rear facing speakers. It has made a huge difference. The sound is excellent. It appears to be well built and is very attractive. But be aware, this is old technology. It does not accept an optical input, and some TV's now have only optical connections. Your only available connections are RCA cables or an earphone plug.

worth the deal
I bought it because I had some old stereo speakers I wanted to hook up and this saved me a lot of money to have something I could play music off of although I could not hook my stereo speaker's up to it I didn't have to go out and buy a receiver which would have costed a lot more and for the other guy's review most flat screen t.v.'s do have anolog audio outputs

No Digital or HDMI Inputs
Most modern flatscreen tvs sold today don't have analog audio outputs. Why would Visio design a soundbar without digital or HDMI inputs ?
