This product can not be returned for refund. Defective product will be repaired or replaced. JEG & SONS, INC. will test and inspect all phones thoroughly for damage and missing items. Any defective returns that do not meet the following guidelines will be refused and returned back to you.
1. All defective returned cell phones must include the original box with matching identification, IMEI and Serial numbers. The IMEI and Serial numbers on the phone MUST match the numbers on the phone we shipped to you.
2. Returns will not be accepted on phones that have broken screen, tampered software, broken bezel, broken charger ports, have been opened, have been charged with improper accessories or voltage, or phones that have water damage. Be aware that there are test indicators in the phone that substantiate that the handset has been wet.
