excellent universal remote
This is an excellent remote. sometimes it misses setting the right input on a device as the power on and input change are sent to rapidly. The help function usually fixes that pretty quickly. I am unable to give it a 5 star for quality as I have only owned it for a short time and do not know how well it will hold up over time. Initial quality is definitely top notch.

Good Remote
It's a good remote and does just what you want. Keeps you from having to turn on all different things to watch TV. TV,DVR Box, Reciever etc. One button turns all things on and one button turns all off. That alone is worth having the remote. Only one problem is the remote needs to be re-booted to remember all your saved items.

Frusturated!!!
I read all the reviews before buying this thing. Software set up on line was a nightmare, Finally called Logitech. It took an hour for them to set it up on my computer. I then was able to program my remote. It took all night to get it to operate everything somewhat correctly. When I woke up this morning all the programming was lost. I either start all over again, or return it. I am controlling Sony receiver, Samsung TV, Sony Blu-Ray and ROKU. WTF!

Soooo much better than four remotes!
I have looked at similar products for years, but after mixed reviews I avoided the inevitable programming and re-learning issues. My bad! This remote does take programming but it is really easy-peasy and learning to use it is a snap! When it is pricded right -- buy this one: we love it!

Techies will love it
The 650 remote is really amazing. It does exactly what they say it will, but be prepared for a steep learning curve. Your old remote had a power button that you push on, then push off. This one remembers that it is on, so you push a different button to turn off the system. If you get out of sync, you better keep your wits about you. The HELP button works well, but just make sure you read the prompts and don't get ahead of it. Programming is easy, by the 5th or 6th time you redo it. The feel of the remote is great. Very high quality. Once you make friends with it, it will serve you well. It is a very good value and very versatile.
