DOA
To resolve the issue, WD support suggested pressing buttons that do not exist. Support suggested trying to connect directly to the router, after I told them that I was connected directly to the router.

It is dead in three months
The HD videos from my camera doesn't play continuously it breaks every 30s. but when I connect to Tv it plays good and continuously. I tried with WD high speed harddrive as weel, copy the files to it but it didn't work properly

Great product!
Really fast streaming performance, no lag at all. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and everything is going very well. The unit seems to turn a little bit warm, probably why it frose at some point. I've put a cooling mat under it, made the firmware update (very easy by the way, built in the interface!) and so far, no problem.
