Quick and easy
I was looking to purchase a used OEM system on the internet and came across this barebone setup. I decided to purchase it, and have no regrets. I was able to get the system up and running within minutes, having a USB stick to install windows 7 handy and a spare SATA HDD. The only Driver I needed to install to get the system running was the onboard LAN driver. I'm really enjoying this system.

Great Deal
In Response to the earlier comment if this computer was tripping breakers then that's a problem with your electrical outlets not the computer. If a computer is tripping breakers then your outlets are messed up not the computer.
