Mini-SAS four-lane, passive twinaxial copper cable assembly was developed to support SAS (Serial-Attached-SCSI) Enterprise storage networking links and connections between multiple storage arrays. This cable runs at SAS 3 GB and 6 GB per lane and exceeds SAS 2.1 requirements. It features 26-position SFF-8088 connectors with active circuitry to increase signal integrity over longer distances. Applications include Serial Attached SCSI, Fiber Channel, 40-Gigabit Ethernet, and SONET.
