This great tool allows you to record two separate channels at the same time, or watch one channel while recording another. This tuner box requires no further fee, just your monthly cable subscription fee, plus the cost of a CableCard. Currently, the Hauppauge 1450 WinTV DCR2650 CableCard USB TV Tuner Box supports only the Windows 7 operating system. Using the Windows 7 Media Center, you can record one or two cable channels at the same time. All recorded data are sent directly to the hard drive of your PC. This feat is made possible because of the USB connector that comes with the Hauppauge 1450 WinTV DCR2650 CableCard USB TV Tuner Box.
