Well matched components
I built a new computer for my wife using this same combination of components (I paid more)and a 130gb SSD. It is a rocket. And the built-in Intel 4000 chipset eliminates the need for a graphics card. She has been using it daily for 3 months, no hiccups. I have built many PCs and servers. I highly recommend this barebones. ps. I also added 2 ultra quiet case fans-- also very inexpensive from TigerDirect.

Z77-i5-3470-Barebones Kit
I purchased this as a starting point for my ESXi server test lab for my home and it has been perfect. The only concern I had is the NIC on the Z77 board is can be a little hit and miss with ESXi 5.1 so you may need to purchase a standard Intel GB NIC which I did. With the OCZ SSD and the 32GB of Ram my ESXi server lab is screaming fast. If you are looking at doing a similar setup you will not be disappointed.
