FAST

I picked this up to use for video editing. The only issue I've had in the 24 hours of ownership is it being a bit quirky about booting up. I installed Cyberlink Power Director and did a test rendering of a 16 minute HD video to MPEG4. It rendered the video in just over 7 minutes. Oh, and this machine is a monster. It's bigger than the average laptop, and the power supply is at least double the size of anything I've seen for a laptop before. Overall I'm impressed; I'm learning to get around in Windows 8 and might actually be starting to like it... a little.

Armed to the Teeth

I was in the market for a new computer and had heard about ibuypower through MLG12 Dallas watching the LoL streams on Twitch. This computer looks great, in videos, the case looks kind of cheap, however in person it looks and feels great. The keyboard isn't quite mechanical, but has great responsiveness. It looks mean, and runs like a champ. I just had Dark Souls running in ultra windowed mode and was able to seamlessly switch to other programs and games with no lag. If you are looking for a Ferrari for the price of a Fusion, you found it.

Awesome Laptop but not ready for Win 8

I bought this to replace my desktop which is currently running windows 8, love windows 8 by the way. Turned the laptop on as soon as I got it and not more then 5 min I was greeted with a blue screen. I tried everything to fix the issue including re-installing windows about 3 times, updating drivers and still couldnt get it to work. I finally discovered theres a driver issue with windows 8. Finally installed windows 7 on it and its been running perfectly ever since. This thing is blazing fast thanks to the SSD. If only they have tested everything before using a new os, this thing would of been perfect.

Worth Evey Penny

I have built my gaming computers for 20 years. This desktop replacement laptop is the best priced top of the line configuration for gaming I have seen. The SSD hard drive is blazing fast on boot up as is it's go to sleep and instant awake features. Gaming is awesomely intense with the 32gb of Ram, 3gb Nvidia gaming card and 17 inch LCD screen. Every game I have played is faster, graphically stunning, with so much fine detail that I am sometimes distracted by the stunning detail. The Window 8 OS is was hard to get used too after the straight forward Windows 7. Once I figured out how to switch between the Tile starting screen to the Desktop I have come to like using the Tiled start for loading the apps (programs) I would have normally run on the 4 desktop switcher I have on my Win 7 tower. All and all I would buy again & recommend to anyone who's thinking of a top on the line gaming machine.

the laptop has blue keyboard light and lights up on the cover, which looks pretty appealing. the touch control has a fan controller, which keeps the computer pretty cool while playing video game.. only thing is, the fan is pretty loud at max speed. with the price provided.. I think this one gives the best value overall
