Great Company!!
Had computer for about 2 weeks when the mouse started acting up. Tried a different mouse and problem continued. I sent Tiger Direct an email stating my problem and within an hour and a half I had an RMA number and tracking number for a replacement. No questions asked! Awesome costumer service! As for the new computer.. Works flawlessly. This is no power house gaming machine by any means but for the money and what I'm using it for (Ham Radio) you cant go wrong.

Excellent Unit For The Price
This is a really nice computer for the price it's not a powerhouse but for all your standard functions It's pretty fast for what it's got under the hood if you install a bigger hard drive and another Gig of memory and you could do just about anything.

Great value
Needed a computer for my kids. This one definitely fits the bill. Wasn't looking for any crazy gaming or other highpower options, just a computer for the kids to do homework and go on the internet with. For that price you can't go wrong .
