This is a USB 2.0 Flash Drive
Nowhere in the description or on the physical flash drive does Tiger Direct tell you that this is USB 2.0. I had to ask TD customer service. Nonetheless, it is a nice little flash drive of good capacity at a nice price. I have used it and it performs nicely. I like the way the cap is impossible to lose.
