Perfect product!
Many people are torn between having a touch-screen or a keyboard. But this Android phone has both and is so convenient to use. The camera has great quality, it's video capable, got the wireless connectivity via Bluetooth and WiFi, and the fact that the memory is expandable is an added plus. I was even able to use it anywhere I traveled on the 3G network.

Please don't buy this phone.
I had my Backflip juuuust long enough to no longer be exchangeable. It had started slowing down more and more and I would miss calls because the screen was so unresponsive to my touch that I couldn't slide to answer them. I gave up on actually using this phone for Internet browsing - it would take 5 minutes just to make a quick Google search. Traded phone with my friend who also had a new Backflip and his was exactly the same, so this is NOT an individual problem - as soon as you install a couple of apps on it (I had only ten!), it gets too bogged down to function at a reasonable rate! And just to clarify - this was in 2010! I still have the phone and I use it when I travel, so I've continued to update the OS as new versions have been released, but it has never become less buggy, and only slightly more responsive!
