Very little support, hard to use!
The touch screen is hard to use, sometimes it works or not, usually have to enter touch several times. Very little support, had to figure out the machine by trial and error. The instruction manual is very little help. The software can't be upgraded, what you get is not a very good product.

Do not buy this
Besides being so slow and full of bugs the so called touch screen will barely respond to any kind of touch. Ridiculous!! How do I get my money back please?

AVOID AT ALL COST
I'm writing this as I'm on hold to get a refund. I purchased this as a simple reader, but it cannot even do that. the kindle app does not work and setting up wifi had me remove the battery 3 times. Spend on something else!
