Shaky Start but Nice So Far
When I first turned the computer on the mouse pad didn't respond. But after a fresh start, the dell has been as good as gold. My son is thrilled with it.

Both DOA
Over 2 hours on hold. No answer. Will be calling credit card company to dispute transaction. Not a good company to deal with. Never again.
