Questionable Purchase
This is the second HP computer that I have purchased and it is the second one I have had to send back for the same reasons as the first. When you try to download any program it either goes to a blue screen stating that a problem has been detected, then restarts. Or it will install the program but it will not work properly. Also, I was not able to do system updates on it. It starts to do them, then part way through it freezes.
