Product is not as good as ad
I received my computer with out-of-order SATA hard drive (500 GB). I had to replace it with a new one (Hitachi Deskstar SATA 164 GB). I re-installed Windows 7 professional,version for refur included in shipping package. Now it works.

Great deal, point blank!
Great price, Preat specs great performance first refurb, but worth 3 times what I paid so far, top choice for anyone looking for a great, affordable, capable machine.

Great deal
After 2 tries and returns of computers, (which they took care of promptly) I finally (the third) got a real good one. Murphey's law? Whatever the case, they did right by me and I am happy with my refurbished computer. It is fast and I am enjoying it very much. Would have given this four and a half stars, but couldn't figure out how to do the half lol.

I lost a customer
I purchased this computer for a small business client that did not want to spend a lot on a replacement. Worked fine for a few days and then did not function properly. I told them they need to contact HP first for support, but they did not want to hear that. I can't afford to be fixing your poor refurb job. I have not heard back from my client.
