Very poor longevity

Writing this to save others time and money, avoid these headphones! At first the quality was great, no issues except that they are pretty uncomfortable. about one month later i have seriously loud static sound issues and one side earpiece sound cut out issues, tried everything to fix it. Search elsewhere for your gaming headset.

Pretty good headset

This headset does a very good job of cancelling out noise from the surrounding environment. The sound quality is good and I like how the boom mic is very adjustable and can be turned off with a switch if needed. It could use a bass control on it and the led on the manual control is very annoying due to the fact that it blinks when the speakers are in operation. All in all it is a pretty good product. All I have to do is use some black model paint to cover the blinking led and it'll be better for me.

Great Headset!

This is exactly the same headset as the Sonar 5.1 Championship Series with merely Aesthetic changes. It has great mic quality, crystal clear surround sound, as well as deep bass and great drivers. If you do not like the other reviews simply read the ones for the Championship Series version of this headset (they are much better, the other two people who reviewed this one are not being truthful) and if you need the Windows 7 drivers simply go to their website and download the Windows 7 drivers they have for the Sonar 5.1 Championship Series headset, they do work because it is the SAME headset with only differences in visual appearance.

Obsolete, no drivers

These were fantastic when they first came out, with absolutely great sound, and a great fit. Two problems though. 1) the microphone is really awful 2) They do not have updated drivers for this model, so if like me, you've moved on to Windows 7 you can forget about the sound working correctly. The only thing they are good for is system sounds, and playing music. Games just don't work properly with this and the mic won't work at all.
