Works great for me.
Its pretty cool. All my south facing windows are under eaves, so I had to run the antenna outside. I'll probably buy a extra antenna so I can permanently install one in the house and still be able to use it as a portable. I have the Onyx radio, which is one of the supported models. I haven't had any trouble with it at all.

Not worth it
I bought this to replace an old Directed Electronics system for my Sirius sportster radio. First, my sportster is only 4 years old yet it does not fit with the adapters that are designed for this making it less sturdy on the unit. More importantly, the sportster does not power up when I set it on the dock. I have to play with it for a minute or two - move it up and down, side to side - to get the power on the sportser to come on. Tried calling Sirius to resolve it; spent over 25 mins on hold and got no response. Don't waste your $$$.
