Plug & play
Item arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Took less than five minutes to install. A mix of Windows 7 and WinXP computers plus four network printers were connected and running in no time at all. Silent operation due to lack of a fan; no problems with heat since I have it well ventilated.

True plug and play! with a great speed.
Working ok since first connected, not a single issue due to straight or crossover cables, just what I was looking for, have a couple of servers hooked on it and the speed is great. The best part is this switch has no fan to go bad in it -my last switch died after the fans wore out. I use all 24 ports with a mix of servers, wifi routers - it works ok. I DO recommend it.
