Its ok, but not the best stud finder
I've had stud finders for years. This one is a good size and reports to be able to find live electrical wires and pipes in the wall. In brief tests, I found only studs. I'll play with it a bit more and see if setting the depth to maximum helps, but on the half-inch and three-quarter inch settings, it failed to find electrical wires I know are in a particular section of wall. So far its no better than a stud finder I've had for years that only beeps at finding a stud.

Easy to use!
I bought this in conjuction with a wall mount for my flat-panel tv. It was very easy to calibrate and made finding the studs really easy!
