DID NOT KNOW!!!!
I purchased for a customer but was bummed when I found out this was a Right ear blue tooth headset that was not reversible. Well for all you left ear headset wearers they DO make a left ear bose ear piece TOO!!!! I'm so excited that I too will be able to get one of these as well!!

Great Bluetooth!
Superior sound quality on BOTH ends of a conversation, as expected from Bose. Very easy to use, and the voice call feature is an added bonus, (if your phone is so equipped). Great value too. I highly recommend it!

Bad earpiece
I received my earpice on Friday. When I paired it with my phone, I could hear the person but the person couldn't hear me. I called a Bose Technichian and he couldn't resolve the issue so it was sent back. I am expecting a new one today and I hope it works.
