Works Great for Comcast Customers
It took me a couple days to figure out that my security software was blocking the Homerun device from connecting with my computer which means the WMC would not open on my computer, Once I gave the IP Address for HD Homerun Prime full trust on my Norton Security Suite the WMC works perfect. Very Good HD Reception

Good product - lacks good install documentation
Pros: The product is performing as I envisioned it would. I'm able to watch and record multiple TV programs as advertised. Cons: Installation instructions are almost useless. I had to go to blog sites to get information on how to configure and view premium cable content. Plus you can only view premium content using MS Media Center. Overall I give it a C+. I almost sent the product back because I spent almost a week trying to get premium content working. It works, but not without some extra work.

Great addition
I own two of the 2-tuner HDHOMERUN tuners and decided to try these. I bought two, one for my Comcast house and one for my Brighthouse house. No issues whatsoever with the Comcast. In fact it fixed several issues I was having and working great. At the Brighthouse connection, I am having problems getting all of my channels activated at the same time or getting a message saying there is no signal on some channels.

Avoid if you are a Cablevision customer
Replaced two different Cablevision cable-cards myself, had one home visit by the Cablevision tech, numerous phone calls and still unable to activate full subscription. Cablevision people tried hard to make it work so far no luck. Silicondust support is useless and arrogant, their answer is that Cablevision people are incompetent and or are lying, although they successfully activated CETON card prior to this fiasco. All this occurred on the second unit because the first one was dead on arrival. Look elsewhere if you are Cablevision customer, or just look elsewhere even if you are not.
