Best Bang For The Buck
I searched everywhere for a pack that would suit my purposes, and decided on this one. It's perfect. It holds everything I need without bulging, and the build quality is fantastic. It's far better than many packs that cost significantly more. Every compartment is padded, but the pack isn't bulky. This one is a winner in every respect. People keep asking where I got such a great pack, and are even more impressed when I tell them the price. Love it!

top features + two faults
The most important thing for me - the laptop is thickly padded all around, including top and bottom. Not many of the pricier bags have that! Also, for frequent flyers, this would be a breeze through security. The backpack opens completely flat and if you do need to take the laptop all out, there is a clever slit in the bottom of the padding that is exposed only when the backpack's lying flat open, so you can just pull the machine out and back in again. Also, the light lining (the better to find your small stuff in a dimly lit plain or conference room or lecture hall) is an extra touch that I never expected with this price tag. That being said: the straps are compeletely straight, no ergonimic curve at all. OK on my man's broad shoulders, not too good on mine! And the water bottle pockets hold hardly anything at all - the tiniest commercial bought bottle at best. Altogether however, amazing value for money and a definite keeper.

Comfortable Backpack, Convenient Storage
This has nice padding for my laptop, plenty of storage compartments, and fits comfortably. Great quality for the price.
