Excellent value for the money
I bought this laptop for use with an electronic medical record, as a workstation in a clinic exam room, it is fast and has all the features I need, the screen has great resolution to see medical images

Solid and reliable product and a great deal, though I had to upgrade the memory and hard disk that raised the price by about $100.

solid laptop
My second thinkpad, first lenovo. Arrived in very good shape, well packaged. Added another 2 gb of RAM. Very happy with the machine for the price. Best laptop keyboard ever...

As advertised
I waited a few weeks to write a review. The T61 has had some seriously negative issues in the past and I wanted to see if mine would be one. I am satisfied that this is a good, solid, computer. Battery life is shorter as expected, and as reported the battery life indicator goes from 30% to zero fast, so don't trust it. But this is minor. The T61 as I have it was spotless, great screen, no boot up issues and the XP runs as expected. All in all a very good deal.

Good Deal on a T-series
Computer arrived in good used condition. Clean, runs quietly, decent battery life, and XP Pro CD. This is my first experience with a ThinkPad and I am already pleased with the durable feel and overall qaulity. An all around good off-lease buy.
