Works great as HTPC Motherboard!
It has all the necessary features to successfully construct a nice HTPC running HDTV from OTA.

No problems
Installed it with no problems. Runs good. Used it to create a HTPC. It is currently running smoothly with 8GB of RAM, a 3TB HD and Windows Home Server 2011.

Nope
First one was DOA, RMA got the second one and it ran, just very flakey, screen flickers random blue screens. It just does not give a sense of confidence. Check reviews from the internet before ordering. Normally I have never had a problem with a gigabyte board, this one - stay away

works just fine
I just bought this 2 days ago and the board went into a Diablotek mid tower case very easily, bios was trouble free. All the connections fit my hardware just like I expected. DVD, hard drive, USB ports, fans, etc.... works just fine. I loaded windows xp and it is working just fine. I only put 4GB of ram in because the system is setup as 32 bit for now. I'll try windows 7 x64 at a later date. I did not put in a video card yet because I wanted to see how the APU chip would do. I haven't installed any intensive programs yet so time will tell. So far I am pleased. Only concern is that there really aren't many slots for expansion, but I knew this up front.
