Excellent value with top performance
Gets a 7.7 in my Windows 7 64-bit box WEI score; it just works. RAM is something that you just want to reliably and consistently work--and this hits the mark. Excellent buy!

Great Value, but not compatable with current RAM
It would have been nice if there was a blurb about voltage. I already had 4gig & wanted 12gig with this order, however the 4gig RAM ran on 1.5volts and the 8gig ran on 1.65volts and they would work together. I even attempted to manually adjust the voltages in the BIOS, but nadda. Anyway I at least have 8gig, but now what am I suppose to do with the other 4gig?

The Good & Bad
This thing rocks for the price, but it took awhile to figure out that the MB ASUS M5A78L-M LX auto settings for memory where incorrect for this. The OS was freezing as soon as it got to desktop. To fix this I changed the voltage from auto to 1.8v. Now it's running smooth. Great buy! Like previous reviewer make sure MB is compatible before purchase.

Not compatible with ASUS mother board
Apparently there is a list of compatible RAM in the mother board manual. Be careful because even thought he speed, etc may look compatable the latency of the product is what messes this one up. Won't auto detect and the BIOS doesn't have the correct settings to install manually.

totally DOA
made a new build and spent all night troubleshooting it, getting ready to RMA the mobo until a friend let me use his spare sticks and we realized it was the memory. confused since i appear to be the only one to have issues with it, but oh well.
