Good deal for the price
This will be my second one purchased of this model. The first one has been in service at another location for six months now and works great. I've not had any problems setting up multiple port forwarding to virtual services withing the LAN as mentioned by another post so that must have been addressed.

Stay Away
Bought for a small business with hosted cloud applications. Very unintuitive to configure, slow UI, terribly slow LAN WAN speeds (relative to router it replaced), hung and needed reboot on config changes, 3 bios updates have not fixed a very long 'known issues' list, port forwarding is a hack fix in last bios update, AND using www mycompany com inside the LAN will not resolve the IP, must use IP address inside LAN. Unforgivable. I am forced to replace after much wasted time.

Worth every penny
Simple set-up without the complicated menu. Tech support for the step by step talk though. The also provide remote support. Does every it says it does. if you are familar with Highend routers you'll love this Cisco RV220W my client and I are very happy with it.
