Still new and working great
The pad runs quietly in the background. I tend to forget it is there except it does pitch the laptop at a nice angle to type. It was less expensive than the colling pads I have purchased in the past. Time will tell if it lasts as long.

Fell apart
It fell apart on me. The cord that connected to the Tri Cool pad, where the adapter is came out. You could even see where along the seams the glue that was holding it together. This happened the second day I got it.

Good Value!!!
Keeps products at the min.10 degree's cooler it did a great job!At times it can be loud but if your truly are pushing the laptop in performance area gaming then this product is GREAT!!!
